I’m Isabella, aka The Curltoonist, amateur artist and aspiring adult living on planet Earth.

In simple words, this is a blog-with-pictures about curly hair. It’s not about hair products or curl-care routines, or the “universal curly experience,” whatever that means. I’m definitely not qualified to talk about any of that stuff. It’s just a bunch of my own weird, random, hopefully amusing experiences having crazy curly red hair in the world. 

Why I Draw

It’s the only thing that calms the constantly whirling maelstrom of thoughts and anxiety that is my brain. 

Why I Write

I like the clicky-clack sound the keys make when I type.
